Health is a bumpy journey at times.

Health and balance ultimately leads us to become more self aware.

When we have less baggage and fatigue in our lives, it allows the body to focus on an important piece of our growth - the connection with ourselves.

For the last 9 days of the year, we are going to dig into the 9 personality types aka the Enneagram.

Self awareness is exciting, it creates possibility and strength and healing. The Enneagram will help you discover you, the way you move in desolation and consulation, in stress and in growth.

My encouragement is for you to take a long look inside, to consider and ponder the greatness of who are and to get ready for a very special 2019.
