Why Certain Nutrients Are Good for Certain Body Types
There are many certain BASIC cycles that occur in every cell of the body:
Methylation
Biopterin
Kreb’s Cycle
Nitric Oxide
Homocysteine
Folate
All the cycles are meant for detoxification, cell repair, energy production, allergy elimination, and immune building.
Each body type- thyroid, adrenal, and reproductive require certain nutrients to help build the their particular hormones. And these particular nutrients feed into these cycles of the particular body type to strengthen the gland that regulates the body type.
That is why certain nutrients- vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, antioxidants, spices, and herbs are suggested for each type. The nutrients may differ in the amount or ratios but the basic building blocks are similar:
B vitamins
Minerals
Co-Enzymes
Antioxidants
Fatty Acids
All these are to build
Energy
Glutathione
