Happiness and Kids
Happiness can be contagious.
Psychologist say that observing a child at the park is one of the best lessons you can learn.
Children usually live in the moment. The regrets of the past or worry of the future are the farthest thing from their mind.
According to research, taking part in a child’s state of mind has been shown to bring healing to the child and to the parent.
For a few moments out of your week, live in the same state of mind as your young one. Don’t think about gain or loss, winning or losing. Don’t identify with problems, just be aware of them and let them pass.
Kids are great teachers....they remind us of what we all really want, to be PRESENT.
We are all just kids in adult bodies.
Have fun this holiday season! Enjoy the kids, learn from them, and at times mimic them :)
