Grace, Gratitude and Thankfulness

Inevitably at every Thanksgiving table or get together there will be issues.

Family issues are brought up, stories that have been retold many times, comparisons, etc. Things that try your faith, lol.

Truly at this time it is a way for us to experience Grace from God, practice Gratitude for our lives, and Thankfulness for what we have.

Within each story or family issue, there may be a greater story or lesson to be learned about ourselves.

When we practice these three, they literally train our cells to accept the chemicals created when we experience and practice grace and gratitude.

These three can point us to one thing, give grace to yourself and this will lead you to give to others.
