Chronic Fatigue

Chronic fatigue can be caused by anemia.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Anemia is a condition where your body does not have enough iron in the blood. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Iron helps your body carry oxygen.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You must have oxygen to run your energy cycle called the Kreb Cycle. This will help your cells produce energy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If your iron and ferritin (helps carry iron into the cells) levels are normal but you are still tired. Check your oxygen levels.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Buy an oxygen meter that you can place on your finger. You can pick them up at any drugstore or Amazon.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your levels should be from 95-100. If they are lower than that, you may need to supplement with oxygen drops, vitamin B6, and work at cleaning your blood.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Old red blood cells can fragment and stay in the blood stream. This can cause blood stagnation as they call it in Traditional Chinese Medicine. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When this occurs, heme may not be recycled properly. Heme is a compound that attaches to iron and helps carry the oxygen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Using natural enzymes(serrazyme), vitamin B6, and spices such as ginger and papaya (Hemo guard) helps your blood to recycle the heme properly.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Clean blood carries oxygen!
