Have a safe and HAPPY CHEAT DAY!

Holidays...ah the time to cheat on the diet. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My favorite-casseroles, the combinations of grains, dairy, sugars, veggies, fruits, nightshade, lectins, etc.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And add in wine and cocktails, can’t forget that!!! Avoid the bloating, gas, belching, indigestion.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My advice if you do cheat:

  1. Take probiotics faithfully
  2. FOOD ENZYMES-1 to 2 with each meal, especially with lipase, protease, amylase, lactase
  3. Drink a cup of ginger/turmeric tea in the mornings to strengthen the stomach
  4. Use hot spices or sauces if possible, they help stimulate the spleen and stomach to digest better
  5. 2 Takesumi capsules or activated charcoal if you have too much wine:), and you could add 1 glutathione capsule if you do too too much, hah

This should get you through, and if you do too much also take Albizia in the morning to clear your head :)
